okinawa coffee forumは、沖縄コーヒーの品質向上、人材育成、産地形成を支えるための独立したプラットフォームです。生産者、焙煎士、カッパー、研究者、行政、企業、教育機関、観光関係者が集い、学び、評価し、沖縄コーヒーの未来を共に育てていきます。
Okinawa Coffee Forum is an independent platform dedicated to supporting the improvement of coffee quality, talent development, and the formation of a sustainable coffee-producing region in Okinawa.
Producers, roasters, cuppers, researchers, government officials, businesses, educational institutions, and tourism partners come together beyond their individual fields to learn, evaluate, and grow the future of Okinawa coffee together.

5. 政策提言・制度連携
沖縄コーヒーを持続可能な産業として育てるため、品質評価制度、就農支援、人材育成、地域ブランド化、観光連携などについて、行政・研究機関・民間事業者と連携しながら提言を行います。
